Accessibility statement
Wingset should work for everyone, whether you use a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader or a phone.
Early days: Wingset hasn't had a full accessibility audit yet. This page says what we've done so far and what we're still working on.
What we're aiming for
Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What's in place today
Pages are built with proper headings and page landmarks, so screen readers can move around them.
Buttons, switches, forms and games are standard controls, so they work with a keyboard.
Moving and looping effects stop when your device is set to reduce motion.
Text on our gradient buttons is chosen to meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio, and pages fit small phone screens without sideways scrolling.
What we're still working on
We haven't yet tested with a range of screen readers or checked every colour on every page. A full audit, with help from people who use assistive technology, is planned before Wingset opens to the public.
Tell us about a problem
If something on Wingset is hard to use, please tell us. The Contact page says how to reach us, and we'll do our best to fix it.
