Wingset

House rules

Five rules for a kinder dating app.

Wingset works because people can trust what they read. Everyone agrees to these rules when they create a profile.

  1. 1

    Be yourself

Use your own name and recent photos. Your profile should be you, today.

  2. 2

    Keep it kind

Treat everyone the way you'd want a friend of yours to be treated.

  3. 3

    Keep it honest

When you write about a friend or suggest a photo, say what's true and add pictures that really are them. Wingset checks pictures the same way it checks photos and messages.

  4. 4

    Stay safe

Take your time before sharing personal details, and meet in public.

  5. 5

    Speak up

Report anything that feels wrong. Reports are private and help everyone.

Not allowed on Wingset

  • Anyone under 18
  • Harassment, threats or hate
  • Pretending to be someone else, or writing fake things about a friend
  • Sexual messages or photos someone didn't ask for
  • Sharing someone's photos or messages without permission
  • Scams, spam, or selling anything

If someone breaks the rules

Depending on what happened, we'll warn them, remove what they posted, or remove them from Wingset. Serious cases may be passed to the police.
