What we use today

wingset_session keeps you logged in as you move between pages. It's essential: Wingset can't work without it. It's set when you sign up or log in, lasts up to 30 days, and is deleted when you log out.

wingset_consent remembers what you chose in the cookie popup, so we don't ask again on every page. It's essential too, and it lasts six months. It holds only your choices (which optional kinds are on or off) and the date you chose.

That's all. Wingset doesn't use any optional cookies at the moment, and never uses advertising cookies.

Optional cookies

The popup has two optional kinds, both off until you switch them on: Preferences (would remember settings for this device) and Usage counts (would count visits so we can fix what's confusing). Wingset doesn't use either yet. If it does, it will only set them if you said yes, and this page will list each one.

Advertising cookies: never. Wingset doesn't show ads or sell your data.

Your choices

Change your mind any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page, on this page, or in Settings under Privacy and safety.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Wingset's pages will still show, but you won't be able to log in without the login cookie.

Changes

If we ever add other cookies, we'll list them here and ask first where the law requires it.
